  • A skill level "Evaluation Exam" specific to high performance manufacturing.
  • A background check
  • Drug Screening
  • A face to face interview with 20yr+ veterans of CNC manufacturing. (on skill levels of Operator and above)
  • Software and CNC control specific testing. (on skill levels of programmer and above)
  • Guarantee of performance.

There is no comparison that can be made with any other employment source. And there certainly are no shortcuts that can be taken to this process in order to guarantee the quality of employee necessary, for today's high tech manufacturing environment.
